Q. What do I do if I want to buy a domain name?

It depends on the domain name. If there is a website attached to it that allows you to place an offer then go ahead and do that. I will usually respond back within 24 hours. If the website has no way to make an offer or there is no website then email me your offer to the email address at the bottom of the home page of this site.

Q. Suppose I buy a domain name then change my mind can I get my money back?

No. All sales are final.

Q. I want one of your domain names but I need it right now. How long does it take
to get it?

It depends on how long it takes to receive the money from you. Usually about 24 hours after I receive the money I can start the process. Normal process takes 5 - 10 days. Depending on where the name is registered it can be done another way which takes a few minutes usually.

Q. How do I pay for a name?

Names must be paid for by bank, money order, or cashiers check. If you are in a rush for a name I can accept PayPal, but in that case I will charge 5% additional to cover the extra fees and time it takes to get the money out of PayPal.

Q. I like one of your domain names, but the price is just too high. Can you reduce the price?

It depends on the domain name. It depends on whether I still have plans to
use the name in the future myself. It depends on whether I am having a good day. In other words, maybe I can reduce a price.

Q. If I buy a domain name that comes with a website do you install it for me and
do you make any changes for me?
No I cannot install it. It is possible I could get someone to install it, but I cannot guarantee that. In any case there would be a charge since I would not be doing it myself. Please note any website that comes with a domain name is a bonus and it will be up to you to make any changes. Any website that comes with a domain name cannot be resold to more than one person or entity.
